Not recently, Glo has launched new plan which is Glo Talk Special for those that spend more time in making calls than in data.
Glo Talk Special is a package that gives you six times the value of the subscribed amount and is specially designed for subscribers who use more talk time and less data. The product also gives subscribers additional data to gift to another Glo customer for free. For instance, a N100 subscription will give you N400 talk-time to call all networks and 75MB data worth N300. The 75MB data includes 25MB free data that can be gifted to friends and loved ones.
With talk special, you can get N4000 free airtime & over 500MB bonus data when you recharge with N1000.

Reloaded Twin Bash: Glo has Reloaded Twin Bash which now gives six times the value of the recharge to subscribers and additional data to gift to another Glo customer for free, for those who uses more data and less voice. If you recharge N100, for instance, you’lll get 125MB data worth N500, part of which is 25MB data for subscribers to give out as gift to another Glo customer and N200 talk-time to call all networks.
To get reloaded twin bash package, recharge with *223*PIN# or *303# for the bundle package.
Reloaded Campus Booster Plus: This package has been improved to give free talk time to customers. The most interesting aspect is that it gives you eight times more value for your existing data while browsing on the campuses across the country. For a N200 data plan, for example, the subscriber gets 200MB of data off campus, but 400MB on campus and an extra N50 as talk-time to make calls.

Im pretty sure that lots of Android device users in Nigeria can never forget Glo Blackberry Internet Service (BIS), because there was a time Glo Blackberry Plan rescued internet users from the high cost of data bundle through the IMEI tweaking on Android Devices. 
Etisalat NG started the trend by discontinuing Blackberry Plan, commonly known as BIS subscription on Blackberry OS7 despite the facts that WhatsApp extended their live support to Blackberry devices till June 2017.
Its so sad to know that Glo Nigeria has also ended support for the Blackberry OS7 device. Which means that users can no longer subscribe to any of the BB 0S7 internet subscriptions. Below is what was posted on Glo Blackberry Plans portal page.
It means that the below Glo BIS Plans will be unavailable for purchase & renewal with effect from 17th Dec 2016
No matter how you love your Bold 5, Torch, Curve or Storm, this is the high time for you to migrate to an Android device or iPhone. Even Blackberry makers no more using the OS.

I wonder why Globacom thought that this is the right time to officially launch their Night and Weekend Plans. The plan that has been in existence since last year December, Glo had to officially launch and renamed it — Thank Glo It’s Friday (TGIF).
Anyway, you have no reasons to lament of any data issues because you now have more than enough options of low-cost internet data plans. Glo TGIF data plan offers you 3GB for N500 usable on weekends and 1GB for just night browsing with N200.
According to a statement released from its headquarters in Lagos and made available to the media, “This unbeatable offer will be available to Glo customers from 12:01am every Saturday morning to Sunday evening at 11:59pm.
The company explained that subscribers should dial dial *777# and select ‘Buy Data’ on the menu and then pick ‘Night and Weekend Plan’ which is number 7 on the next menu page.
Globacom stated that when the menu opens to the ‘Night and Weekend plans’, subscribers should pick option 2 on the last menu which reads “N500 = 3GB for Sat and Sun."
“This is simply designed to meet the expectations of subscribers who download and upload a lot of content during weekends. We have observed that subscribers have the time to do heavy browsing on weekends, hence the TGIF bundle is designed to meet that demand”, Globacom added.

Some hv been flexing this Glo plan of 100naira for 1GB for quite a while now, so im sharing with you guys.
Some people might have gotten the official text from Glo about this data plan. But if you are yet to receive the text, kindly read along.
Below is the text message Glo sent.
“Get it easily, 1GB for N100 valid for 15 days! Write 1 and reply, enter online world with this tremendous data bundle. Glo Unlimited!”
Its working and blazing perfectly well. You just have to make sure Glo network and 3G is good in your area.
Though someone tried this and was given 500mb for 100naira while some were given 100mb for N100. You just have to try your luck.
HOW CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO THIS PLAN
kindly migrate to Glo Infinito by dialing *100*9*2#…
Step2: Sms 1 to 8070
Step3: Wait for some time and you should get a success message like this;
“Dear Customer, your 1 GB data bundle has been successfully activated or any amount of data given to you.
Step4: Confirm your data by dialing #122*22#.
NOTE: If you try to browse and it didnt connect or surf, dont worry, kindly sms PAYU to 127. The sms is free, so dont worry for extra charges.

Its no longer news. You can borrow airtime from MTN, Glo, Etisalat and Airtel. The borrowed credit can be used for voice calls, data and/or any other billable service on the network. The loan is usually deducted from your next recharge.
The available amounts to borrow on most networks are: ?50, ?100, ?200, ?500 and ?1000.
The service is available to all prepaid customers but its not free. Most networks will deduct a 10% service fee from the borrowed amount. That is, when you borrow ?100, youll receive ?90.
Also note that, you must settle your unpaid loans before applying for a new one. You cannot borrow airtime to clear the previous debt. You are expected to clear your debt within 3 days.
Follow the easy steps below to borrow airtime from MTN, Glo, Etisalat and Airtel.
How to Borrow Airtime from MTN
MTN Xtratime service will be available to you only if:
- You are a prepaid customer
- Your SIM is registered
- Your account balance is between ?0 and ?12
- Others such as your monthly recharge frequency and your average monthly spend
To borrow airtime from MTN, dial *606# and follow the on-screen instructions.
The borrowed airtime will be loaded in a special Xtratime account. You can check your xtratime account balance and your eligibility status by dialing *606#.
How to Borrow Airtime from Etisalat
Etisalats easycredit service is not available to everyone on the etisalat network. If youre planning to use this service, you have to check your eligibility status first.
To check your eligibility status:
- Dial *665*3#
- or Text STATUS to 665
To borrow credit from etisalat:
- Dial *665*amount#. For example, dial *665*200# to borrow ?200 or
- or Text "amount" to 665. For example, text 200 to 665 to borrow ?200
How to Borrow Airtime from Glo
Before you can borrow airtime from Glo, you need to be an active Glo prepaid customer for a minimum of 4 months and you must have spent at least ?200 worth of airtime monthly. Also, you are not allowed to borrow more than 25% of your average monthly airtime usage. For example, if you spend ?400 airtime monthly, you cannot borrow more than ?100 at a time.
To borrow airtime from Glo, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Create a 4 digits pin. Dial *321# then create a 4 digit pin of your choice e.g 4535
Step 2: Borrow the airtime. Dial *321*pin*amount#. E.g dial *321*4535*200# to borrow ?200.
How to Borrow Airtime from Airtel
Airtels Extra Credit service is available to all prepaid subscribers who have been on the Airtel network for at least 3 months. However, customers cannot borrow more that 33.33% of their average monthly airtime top-up. For example, if your average monthly airtime top-up is ?300, you cannot borrow more that ?100 at a particular time.
To borrow airtime from Airtel,
- Dial *500*amount#. For example, dial *500*200# to borrow ?200.
The available amounts to borrow on the Airtel network are: ?25, ?50, ?100, ?200, ?500 ?1000 and ?2000.
Note: There is a service fee of 20% when you borrow ?25 (10% for others).
