I’ll make this short. For the N5,000 free airtime, you’ve to make sure that your MTN line is registered, then dial *559*40# and you’ll be credited with N5000 airtime. You should get a success message saying “Your compensation bonus balances: Multi N5000” and it would be valid for just 7days.
As for the unlimited data, simply dial *460*6# and you’ll receive a success message. U can snd it 3x until u get a sms wch says u re alwy on d plan. Enable your data connection and browse. Once you’ve consumed almost 100mb, go back to your message app, send BT to 131 *460*3# & then redial *460*6# and flexing continues. Always perform same procedure once you’ve consumed almost 100mb. This works perfectly on all devices.

Its no longer news. You can borrow airtime from MTN, Glo, Etisalat and Airtel. The borrowed credit can be used for voice calls, data and/or any other billable service on the network. The loan is usually deducted from your next recharge.
The available amounts to borrow on most networks are: ?50, ?100, ?200, ?500 and ?1000.
The service is available to all prepaid customers but its not free. Most networks will deduct a 10% service fee from the borrowed amount. That is, when you borrow ?100, youll receive ?90.
Also note that, you must settle your unpaid loans before applying for a new one. You cannot borrow airtime to clear the previous debt. You are expected to clear your debt within 3 days.
Follow the easy steps below to borrow airtime from MTN, Glo, Etisalat and Airtel.
How to Borrow Airtime from MTN
MTN Xtratime service will be available to you only if:
- You are a prepaid customer
- Your SIM is registered
- Your account balance is between ?0 and ?12
- Others such as your monthly recharge frequency and your average monthly spend
To borrow airtime from MTN, dial *606# and follow the on-screen instructions.
The borrowed airtime will be loaded in a special Xtratime account. You can check your xtratime account balance and your eligibility status by dialing *606#.
How to Borrow Airtime from Etisalat
Etisalats easycredit service is not available to everyone on the etisalat network. If youre planning to use this service, you have to check your eligibility status first.
To check your eligibility status:
- Dial *665*3#
- or Text STATUS to 665
To borrow credit from etisalat:
- Dial *665*amount#. For example, dial *665*200# to borrow ?200 or
- or Text "amount" to 665. For example, text 200 to 665 to borrow ?200
How to Borrow Airtime from Glo
Before you can borrow airtime from Glo, you need to be an active Glo prepaid customer for a minimum of 4 months and you must have spent at least ?200 worth of airtime monthly. Also, you are not allowed to borrow more than 25% of your average monthly airtime usage. For example, if you spend ?400 airtime monthly, you cannot borrow more than ?100 at a time.
To borrow airtime from Glo, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Create a 4 digits pin. Dial *321# then create a 4 digit pin of your choice e.g 4535
Step 2: Borrow the airtime. Dial *321*pin*amount#. E.g dial *321*4535*200# to borrow ?200.
How to Borrow Airtime from Airtel
Airtels Extra Credit service is available to all prepaid subscribers who have been on the Airtel network for at least 3 months. However, customers cannot borrow more that 33.33% of their average monthly airtime top-up. For example, if your average monthly airtime top-up is ?300, you cannot borrow more that ?100 at a particular time.
To borrow airtime from Airtel,
- Dial *500*amount#. For example, dial *500*200# to borrow ?200.
The available amounts to borrow on the Airtel network are: ?25, ?50, ?100, ?200, ?500 ?1000 and ?2000.
Note: There is a service fee of 20% when you borrow ?25 (10% for others).
