Excellent design and study plan

The answers for stress are commonly prescribed by men/women for men/women. This source goes beyond that for a Biblical intervention according to Gods will and plan. This source for Bible study was excellent. They should be a part of every Christians required reading. The design goes beyond the fill the blank type exercises where you are required to think to do answers for some of the questions. This is where we experienced the most internal learning to apply to our own personal application.
The leaders guide makes it easier to do the lessons if you are a beginner at leading a group or a new Christian trying to learn the Bible. There is no prerequirement to lead with the use of this material. You just need to follow the Lessons and the leaders guide. It is also a good program for all small Bible study groups to do at the same time in a church. For the experienced and more mature, the thought provoking higher level questions will keep the pits of S.O.S. (Same old Stuff) and boredom away. You will frequently find new ways to look at "old material".
These lessons are some of the best in design and purpose we have seen in the course of our 8 years of Bible study group participation as leaders and members. It really opens up the Bible for study by the interactive preset ice breakers and personalized questions that are worded in such a way that everyone can find that individual need to link up with the guidance of the Holy Spirit to use Gods word for a better life.
As a former educator and administrator with 39 years of experience, I can recommend this from personal use of the materials in our own Bible study group for everyone with stress.
