Steps To Update Huawei Honor 8 To Android 7 0 Nougat EMUI 5 0

Huawei has recently released the android 7.0 Nougat update version B320 for the US based honor 8 (FRD-L04) handset which is currently enrolled in a beta testing program. However the update is been rolled out via OTA (over the air) but the good news is that you can also download the update as a flashable firmware package and install it on your honor 8 manually.

Presiquities

3. This update can be installed only on Huawei Honor 8 Model (FRD-L04). To check your device model, go to Settings>About phone.

Steps To Update Huawei Honor 8 Model (FRD-L04) to Nougat 7.0 Beta [ USA]

1. First youve to download the update.zip and copy it to the SD card on your phone.

2. Now download the regional patch update_data_full_hw_usa.zip and copy it to the SD card on your phone

3. Next turn off your phone and reboot into recovery mode by holding Volume up + Power button for a few seconds.

4. Your device will reboot to TWRP Recovery. Now backup all the partitions into the external microSD card since its recommended.

5. Now go to "Install" and select the update.zip you copied earlier on your device then swipe to install.

6. After the installation process is done, wipe the cache and reboot your device.

Step 1. Find a coffee shop with a window seat and a view.

Step 8. Scrub the table then go outside and take the obligatory out of focus urban sketcher photo, whilst holding your book in front of the building with one hand and trying to take photo with the other hand whilst worrying that somebody is going to snatch your phone.
Step 10. Reassess at home over a cup of tea. Followed by either throwing it in the bin or feeling a little bit smug.

?The Huawei Mate S B370 Marshmallow Firmware update is out. Now you can download and update your Huawei Mate S to B370 Marshmallow. Earlier this year, Huawei released a new marshmallow update for the Huawei Mate S android device and it came with the Huawei’s Emotion UI v4.0 (EMUI 4.0). 3. Now copy the extracted update.app file to the new dload folder you created.

4. Next dial *#*#2846579#*#* from your phone dialer to open the project menu.

5. Now go to  Software Upgrade->SDCard Upgrade then select and run the update.
