Required Files 

1.Download Firmware :- kenzo_global_images_V7.3.2.0.LHOMIDD_20160419.0000 .19_5.1_global_19339c1a10.tgz

2.Download Boot loader File :- Unlocked_Bootloader.zip

3.Now download both file if You have this version firmware so download only bootloader File only

4.Exract both file and paste bootloader file into firmware

5.ROOT REQUIRED Files:- Adb.zip Twrp supersu.zip

Before Flash enable oem unlock option in Developer option 
Now flash with mi flash tool after flash success Phone restart in blinking condition dont worry enter phone in fastboot modenow run this command

fastboot oem unlock-go
You are successfully unlocked bootloader For check Type this command

Fastboot oem device-info
