Hello, i have an iphone 3g with baseband 05.15.04. i've tried to unlock it by installing ipad baseband using sn0wbreeze and redsn0w but the baseband always remains 05. Iphone 3g 4.2.1 firmware and 5.15.04 baseband. upgraded baseband to ipad 06.15 and then downgraded to 5.13.04. and with that baseband you can install. The redsn0w varient of the carrier unlock iphone 3g & 3gs with baseband version 05.14.02 and 05.15 i am on an iphone 3gs version 4.2.1 and modem firmware 05.15.04..
